Megan Schuck, Kelly Faber, Sabrina Ames, and Kellie Poe Davenport are heading back to theirold college stomping grounds, 10 years later to run the Santa Barbara International Marathon on Saturday, November 10th 2012. Schuck, Faber, Bina, and Poe, the only names people knew them by in college, are running this marathon as WOO Ambassadors! They are spreading the word about Project Wave of Optimism.

Project WOO strives to improve surfing’s global footprint through sustainable community development in rural coastal communities in Latin America.

Schuck, Faber, Bina and Poe are dedicated to raising money to support Project WOO  and the Nicaraguan community of Gigante to build a Community Health Center.  As a result of the July 2011 Gigante Community Census, improved access to health care was identified as the central community need.
Help support this WOO -Team accomplish their goal of raising $2,000 by donating to help the people of Gigante build their Community Heath Center!!
